it's nice to meet you!

- Hannah Demmon

During this time, I had the opportunity to complete specialized training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) which continues to inform my work with individuals during the pregnancy and postpartum period. In the hospital setting, I collaborated closely with OB-GYNs to support those navigating the unique needs that come along with the life transition into new motherhood.
Over time, I found my way into individual psychotherapy, where I discovered a profound sense of clarity and alignment in my work. I expanded my focus to include supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. Working with my clients to build understanding and create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that everyone is capable of creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. It is a privilege to support that process, and I look forward to being part of your journey.

Hello there! I’m Hannah, founder of Soulful Spark. I created this space with the intention to provide an outlet for the work I feel most passionate about—supporting individuals in building lives that feel purposeful, meaningful, and fulfilling.
I was raised in a small town in rural Wisconsin, which I have a deep appreciation for, though have since fallen in love with the city of Milwaukee which I call home. I moved here to attend the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and completed the requirements to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
My career began in high-intensity clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatry and emergency department crisis work. I later transitioned to an intensive outpatient program, where I facilitated group therapy and provided education focused on mental health skill-building. These experiences gave me a strong clinical foundation and a deep respect for the resilience of the individuals I’ve worked with.
